Hyatt an international brand of various luxurious hotels that is the part of Global Hyatt Corporation, this corporation operates numerous projects and properties too. Hyatt is basically apart of Marmon group which is owned by Chicago’s Pritzker Family. The current president of this group is Mark S. Hoplamazian he took over as the group’s president on 28^th November 2006.

The Hyatt group and its Hyatt corporation basically came to being when it bought the Hyatt house at Los Angeles Airport on 27 September, 1957 later they built a Hyatt hotel near the airport called the Hyatt Hotel Los Angeles on 1^st December 1958.

The group became famous when it launched the world’s first chain of atrium hotels, after a decade when their first hotel was launched. The year 1969 saw the first of the overseas hotel by the Hyatt group, the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong which is now demolished giving way to anew hotel about to come up till 2009. The brands Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt were launched in the year 1980. Today Hyatt hotel is a chain of over 340 hotels worldwide. The group consists of various brands of hotels and even non brand hotels too they are:

Non hotels brands:

1) Hyatt Residency: Includes fully furnished apartments.
